Mission Foods - Jefferson is looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to manage the Human Resource function that includes recruiting, hiring, training, benefit administration, employee communications, incentive programs, compensation, employee safety, employee relations, and ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, federal, state, and local policies.
Essential functions include record maintenance, policy evaluation and implementation, resolving communication and work related disputes, developing, coordinating and communicating employee incentive programs, ensuring legal compliance with all employment-related federal, state, and local government laws, managing safety program & worker's compensation, and ensuring fair treatment and equitable application of company policies and procedures for all employees.
Microsoft Office proficiency a must! SAP & Kronos experience helpful.
Bi-lingual - English/Spanish preferred.
