AMDEX Corporation is seeking a human resources professional to
support our Silver Spring HQs office. The ideal candidate will have expertise
in employee relations, administrative procedures, the full life cycle of staff
recruiting, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. We are an experienced and high-energy team

Responsibilities:
- Serve
as point of contact for all Human Resources related issues, including
hiring, benefits, and employee relations - Administer
employee health, welfare and retirement plans company wide - Manage
all employee communications - Deliver
policy, procedures, compliance, and provide benefits trainings to
Management and staff - Investigate
and resolve employee relations, provide counseling, and assist managers on
employee relations/employment laws - Process
new hire information and provide orientation to employees - Oversee
annual review/merit increase process - Manage
rewards and recognition programs - Maintain
compliance with labor laws specific to the FLSA, EEO, HIPAA, FMLA, and
ERISA - Oversee
and manage the full life cycle of staff recruiting - Participate
in local job fairs, representing AMDEX to a large variety of potential
candidates - Manage
community service initiatives - Assist
in proposal and ramp up phases for new work initiatives - Review
and process security paperwork via DoD JPAS eQip system
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
Degree - U S
Citizenship - Manager/supervisor
experience - Minimum
of 10 years of experience as an HR professional - Federal
Government Contracting experience - Excellent
written, verbal communication and time management skills
- Microsoft
Word and Microsoft Excel
Desired: Current security clearance
