This position reports to the Director of HR located in corporate headquarters in Fort Collins, CO. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for managing the Human Resources functions at the Post Falls, ID Center Partners site and providing leadership to the site HR staff, account/site directors and operations managers/supervisors.
Duties:
* Assure adequate staffing for all site positions by managing recruiting/hiring process, working with HR staff, and assuring EEO/Affirmative Action regulations/plan are adhered to.
*Work with HR generalist to oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, disseminate employee communications and serve as EEO representative
*Facilitate, implement and evaluate HR/employee initiatives such as: engagement surveys, orientation, retention, processes and guidelines changes, fairs for benefits open enrollment.
*Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
*Consult/partner with site operations leaders to enhance business success through HR practices and programs.
Skills/Qualifications:
Proven experience in high volume recruiting/hiring, Human Resources management, performance management, employee communication, familiarity w/ compensation administration, supporting diversity, mmployment law/OSHA compliance and organization development.
Preferred requirement:
5+ years HR generalist management experience with multiple reports, Master's degree in HR or related field, Spanish bilingual fluency, SPHR or PHR certification
