Position Description: POSITION PURPOSE: This position will provide all human resource support at a branch level. Interprets, implements and applies employment law and corporate polices related to HR. Also, it will administrate benefits and process weekly payroll.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
***HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION: • Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources Administration • Acts as a resource for employees and management to ensure their understanding and compliance with HR policies, regulations and programs. • Responsible for pre-employment and post accident drug screening • Process new enrollments, changes and terminations • Maintain all current and past employment records and files • Support corporate with H2B visa processes at a Branch level • Applicant Flow Log Maintenance ***BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION: • Administer the benefit programs, including medical, dental, life, 401(k), disability, PTO and other plans • Consult with and advise employees on eligibility for benefits and election changes • Conduct enrollment meetings for Health Dental and 401 (k) benefit programs • LOA/FMLA adherence and tracking ***PAYROLL: • Process, compile and file weekly payroll • PTO Tracking • Payroll reports • Certified Payroll Reporting • OCIP Payroll Reporting
Position Requirements: JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be Bilingual: English and Spanish • Demonstrated experience in Payroll processes • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources • An understanding of basic Federal and State Labor Laws • Ability to effectively prioritize with minimal supervision • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and Access • Strong data entry skills (10 key) • Detail oriented • Ability to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish • Able to multitask
