HR Representative, Benefits/HR Service Center
3-5 years call center experience with at least one year of experience handling HR/Benefits. This person will act as first point of contact for all incoming phone inquires related to benefits in support of Open Enrollment. Manage inquiries and requests. Provide outstanding customer service to employees and retirees. Primary duties would include answering phone calls all day from the client's employees, retirees and other external customers. Document calls and walk-in visits using HR documentation and tracking system. Resolve benefit problems by interfacing with carrier representatives. Respond to participants' requests for documentation. Maintain benefits records in various manual and automated records systems. Print and mail confirmation reports when updates are made to participant's records. Update various department transaction tracking spreadsheets. Use procedures, policy manuals, and/or other reference materials to assist in resolving inquiries or issues. Coordinate and compare various Health and Welfare processes as required. Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED:
3-5 years in a call center
1 year experience handling HR/Benefits issues
Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer proficiencies in Word, Excel
Superior customer service and communication skills
Punctuality
