Summary Compiles and maintains personnel records for designated facility by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Records employee information such as personal data, compensation, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
· Maintains all hourly personnel files including I-9’s and worker’s compensation.
· Processes employment applications and ensures staffing needs are met at facility level. Screens potential employees for open positions. Conducts new hire orientations.
· Prepares and files reports of accidents and injuries at facility level. Maintains OSHA logs.
· Administers union enrollments, union dues and maintains union communications.
· Processes Motor Vehicle Reports and completes Department of Transportation scorecards.
· Manages timesheets for all employees at the facility, ensuring accurate and timely hour reporting.
· Provides various reports to management and the HR department.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
