HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

 

Under the direction of the Manager, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, the HR Specialist is responsible for full cycle recruitment for all organization levels, on-boarding, team relations, regulatory compliance, benefits administration and other related functions.

 

Your Tasks:

 

  • Implement and coordinate the talent acquisition process
  • Manage the interview process from beginning to end
  • Complete all new-hire paperwork including benefits support
  • Consult effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and team members in regard to HR programs, policies, processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations are met on a continuous basis
  • Assist in developing and administering various human resources plans and procedures for team members, helping to develop, recommend and implement policies and procedures

 

 

Your Qualifications and Needs:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years Human Resources experience including a strong background in recruiting and employee relations
  • Manufacturing experience in a multi-cultural environment preferred
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
