This position is located in our DC, Washington facility
Candidate will be responsible for processing military joint awards, Quarterly Awards and military evaluations for all military services in support of approximately 400 military personnel assigned to various worldwide locations. Specific actions include notifying manages and supervisors of award and evaluation requirements, providing technical advice and minor editing support to managers, following up with managers to ensure timely submission of awards and evaluations and submitting all awards and evaluations to the DIA Service Elements within specified timelines. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating military award and evaluation data in eZHR, the system of record for personnel support and maintaining metrics for on time submission rates and awards and evaluations. To be highly successful in this position the candidate should possess strong administrative skills. Prior military personnel experience, particularly in a joint environment is highly desired.
Requires an industry standard certification in a relevant information technology field.
Requires 10 years experience; a Bachelor's degree +7 years or a Master's degree +5 years may be substituted
