Kantar Operations provides market research operational logistics and expertise to Kantar Group companies - one of the world's largest marketing research, insight and consultancy networks.
Kantar Operations is going through some exciting changes and we are currently seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team during a special project. Specific responsibilities include:
- Creating and updating spreadsheets containing benefits and employee data
- Producing mass employee communications and tracking return of paperwork
- Updating changes to our performance management database
- Updating and auditing our payroll/HRIS system with employee changes
- Auditing employee files
- Updating forms and communications to reflect a new company image
Position Qualifications
- Administrative experience in a professional, fast paced environment.
- Able to multi-task and juggle priorities. Strong organizational skills.
- Close attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to pick up additional computer skills quickly.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and work on some tedious aspects related to the project.
$15 per hour.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant with an administrative background to gain some experience in a short term assignment.
