- Coordinate and administer U.S. Salaried Personnel Policy, promotions, merit planning, employee development programs, Talent Review Profiles.
- Provide HR support to all employees in reference to payroll issues, benefits, vacation policy and eligibility, and various employee/company programs.
- Manage and process all necessary U.S. separation procedures.
- Provide Orientation Program for US personnel such as new hires, transfers,
- Generate various monthly headcount, EEO, OSHA etc. reports
- Responsible for US recruiting and staffing needs.
- Ensure proper compliance of legal and internal control requirements for proper documentation of non-Mexican employees i.e. U.S. employees assigned to work in Mexico, contract employees, and visitors.
- Serve as Annual Benefits open enrollment, tax preparation liaison or facilitator providing information sessions to employees.
- Manage all employee US employee information files, work permits etc.
