Potential annual Salary $47,780
Responsibilities: This full time position involves working in community residential programs and day programs for individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Duties will include coaching, monitoring (and possibly supervision of) direct service staff’s performance and State Licensing Standards.
Compensation and Benefits: Annual base salary at $40,040 with benefits after 3 months and opportunity, after 6 week orientation, to earn an additional $320 every two weeks through incentives.
Qualifications: Minimally candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or in a related field, a driver’s license, and one year experience in a related field. Experience in supervising staff and working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities is helpful. Flexibility is essential.
Work Schedule: Candidates must be willing to work every other weekend, eight hours each day starting as early as 6am and working as late 10 pm, infrequently 11 p.m. For weekdays, availability is needed from as early as 8 am to as late as 10 pm with one early shift from 6am to 9am three times every two months, position is primarily second shift, 4 shifts per week will be until 10 p.m. Includes on-call responsibilities one week out of seven, which is compensated in addition to salary. Approximately two times per year there may be a shift outside of the normative work hours.
Potential Annual Salary $37,017 to $42,640. Bachelors Degree or Associates degree beneficial but not necessary. Social Work, Human Services, and CNA or MA experience is advantageous for promotional consideration. Responsibilities include: lifting and transferring individuals, delegating tasks, developing schedules, providing staff feedback, and monitoring licensing standards.
Hours: Need to work a full-time second shift up to 10.5 hours between 12 noon and 12 midnight Mon-Fri, and any 8-10 hour shift between 6 a.m. and midnight on weekends.
Qualifications Relief Manager: Must be 18 or older, have a HS diploma or GED, valid Driver’s License, 6 months experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and 6 months managerial experience.
Qualifications Assistant Manager: Must be 18 or older, have a valid Driver’s License and a 4 year degree. Experience in Social Services or Managerial Experience helpful.
Compensation/Benefits: Assistant Resident Manager pays $16.25 to $17.00/hr. {annual base salary of $33,800 to $35,360} with the opportunity to earn $280 every 2 weeks after four week orientation through incentives for a potential annual salary of $41,080 to $42,640.
Relief Manager pays $15.25 to $16.00/hr {annual base salary of $29,737 to $31,200} with the opportunity to earn $280 every 2 weeks after four week orientation through incentives for a potential annual salary of $37,017 to $38,480.
We also have entry level positions available with opportunity for additional $125.00 to $180.00 pay period incentive starting at $13.00 per hour 3rd shift (potential annual salary $28,600); and $14 per hour 2nd shift (potential annual salary $31,980). Benefits after 3 months of employment for all positions.
