Currently we have an opening for a temporary Hydrocarbon Laboratory Technician to support a Petro Chemical Company. The position is located in Clinton, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for working hands on in a Laboratory with hydrocarbons, catalysts, and mechanical instruments. The candidate will monitor flow pressure and temperature of equipment.
The person hired for this role will also be responsible for upkeep of chemicals, samples, and equipment.
Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or related Science is a plus.
-Candidate should posses a mechanical aptitude and have some previous experience working with various tools. Previous experience working with hydro carbons, and catalyst is preferred. Experience working with Auto Claves is highly desirable.
This is a fast paced environment, candidates will be expected to work on three or four projects simultaneously and learn quickly.
