About the Job
Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources, a community mental health center, is currently hiring for a Management Information Systems (MIS) Technician. This position provides on-site and telephone support for all agency computer equipment, connectivity problems and software/operating system issues. Responsibilities also include installing new equipment and repairing PCs and printers. Associate's Degree in computer technology or equivalent experience required. Requires two years related experience, working knowledge of PC’s, printers, Windows operating system, and windows-based application software programs, as well as a working knowledge of PC hardware installation and maintenance. Working knowledge of software installation also necessary.
