Pinpoint IT Services is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support Call Center operations in Nashville, TN. This is a full time, direct placement opportunity with our client headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA. Will demonstrate expertise across Interactive Intelligence, Inc. (I3) product lines and provide support, maintenance and coordination with Call Centers in Virginia Beach, VA and Nashville. Will utilized I3 telephony systems to perform day-to-day technical tasks, analysis and diagnostics. Seeking experience with Interaction Administrator, Interaction Dialer, Interaction Designer, Interaction Client, and Interaction Scripter. CIC certification desired, version 2.4 or higher. VOIP/SIP/HMP experience a plus! Must be able to work in a fast paced, high productivity environment. BS in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a related technical discipline desired; or possess equivalent technical experience.
