• Translate customer requirements and user task flows into highly usable interfaces and styles which result in improved user productivity and application experience.


• Work with cross functional teams to determine product specifications, influence product strategy and direction and ensure consistency among features.


• Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes and other design documents.


• Develop expert-level knowledge of competitive and complementary products and bring new ideas to the team.


• Design and develop next-generation UI framework with Adobe Flex Technology and Web Services.


• Enhance current UI Component framework using Java, XML, Javascript, CSS, Reduce the application development cost over time by simplify the interfaces of the UI framework.


• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, implement, test and support reusable UI components.


• Collaborate closely with UI Designers and Application Architects to define and implement features for business users in more than one application.


• Collaborate with global UI and application development teams

• An understanding of usability issues and user-centered design


• Prototyping skills using tools like Flash, Flex, Dreamweaver


• Experience building Web 2.0 applications, using FLEX or AJAX.


• Knowledge in developing user interfaces for web-based applications using FLEX, HTML, CSS and JavaScript/DHTML.


• Experience building or maintaining frameworks for building FLEX or AJAX UI applications.


• Strong hands-on experience with J2EE technologies and Object-Oriented Design..


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on teamwork.
