JOB SUMMARY

Manage and coordinate service, sales administration, product support functions, field service, warranty, customer call center, and distribution function to support defense aftermarket business. Coordinate defense service, quality, and parts requirements with Oshkosh Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Finance groups. Coordinate ILS policy, parts sales service forecasts, and competitive service and guidelines to ensure sales profitability. Maintain customer satisfaction and maximum aftersale service by providing customers and dealers with technical assistance. Manage local dealerships in performance of service and repair part delivery.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the administration of all service/parts sales activities tosupport business efforts and programs.

2. Manage defense, domestic, and international field service efforts.

3. Manage defense warranty administration process and budget.

4. Support maintenance of service report database.

5. Develop and coordinate service critical issue processes.

6. Administer service and parts activity performance measurables. 7. Travel as required, anticipate 25 percent annually, including frequent travel to Defense locations outside the continental United States, dealers, and customers.

8. Develop and maintain necessary data systems to efficiently support service/parts distribution operations.

9. Coordinate development of annual and monthly service/parts forecast.

10. Ensure proper training and supervision of staff.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 7+ years related experience.
