RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Product Marketing Manager / Business Operations Manager will define and document the products and product strategies for GPUs and GPU boards. The individual will work closely with Sales and Engineering to define and develop profitable products that win in the market place. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to communicate technical information to internal and external customers.
[Inbound Marketing]
- Work with Outbound Product Management and Sales to understand market dynamics and develop and refine accurate product volume forecasts.
- Work with Product Managers, Sales, and Operations to analyze, document, and manage long term and short term supply solutions to forecast needs that meet the needs of our customers.
- Work across BUs to optimize chip and board supply, profitability, inventory, EOL plans.
- Develop strategy to manage the transition between existing products and their replacement products that maximizes profitability.
- In depth understanding of product roadmaps and those of competitors. Develop strategies to improve product roadmap competitiveness.
[Product Management]
- Work with engineering, operations, sales to manage specific product life cycles from product launch through end-of-life.
- Work with manufacturing and engineering to review product manufacturing issues and drive product sustaining strategies.
- Work with test engineering on yield issues and process engineering to optimize line centering.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree (marketing or technical field). BSEE preferred.
- 3+ years in product marketing, account management or technical sales.
- 5 years experience in product management.
- Experience in product development and product operations is preferred
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to document product specifications, product requirements, and product roadmaps.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor.
- Ability to interact with high-level contacts, both internal and external to the company is required.
- Strong computer skills required, with experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
