In-house counsel position.  Preferred candidates will have at least 1-4 years in the field of telecommunications.  Experience negotiating carrier agreements and customer contracts, familiarity with regulatory filings and compliance, strong understanding of inter-carrier compensation are all a plus. Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills are required along with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.  Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and New York bar admission is required.
