As a PNC In-Store Branch Manager, you will be part of successful and growing retail banking organization, one with almost 3 million retail customers and 1,000 branch offices throughout the Northeast and Middle Atlantic, additional offices are located nationwide and internationally.  There's a lot of momentum here: In early 2008, Business Week magazine named PNC as one of its "Top 50 Performers," regardless of industry. As an In-Store Branch Manager, you will have responsibility for the branch's results, working with the guidance of PNC's benchmarks for customer growth and retention, revenue, and market share. This position is based in our Dumont location, and will be in the Stop & Shop Supermarket.  The Dumont branch will be open Monday thru Friday 10:00am to 7:30pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:30pm and Sunday 11:00am to 4:00pm - this is a rotating schedule. Your position reports to a In-Store Regional Bank Manager.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• At least 2  years leadership/management experience, preferably in the financial services industry


• Sales and/or service leadership and effective achievement of sales goals


• Working knowledge of local centers of influence and established relations in the local community is preferred


• Strong Computer Skills


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• College degree preferred
