Hello my name is Jim Guerrera.  I am a recruiter and I am working on a GREAT opportunity for a leading Industrial Distribution organization.  We are looking for a Regional Sales and Operations Manager.

Background Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience as an individual contributor sales person, sales manager, and Director of Sales an Industrial Distribution organization

Scope of the Position:

  • Work out of local office
  • Report to the General Manager
  • Assume complete responsibility for driving sales through the team of Outside Sales People
  • Responsible for hiring and terminating Outside Sales People, strategic planning, business progress analysis compared to plan, leadership and motivation, etc.

  • Base Salary of 85K – 115K
