INFANT/TODDLER SPECIALIST

TWO POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE:

    One in Shelby County/Memphis area

    One to cover Jackson/Martin and multi-county service area

Two Infant/Toddler Specialists needed to join the Child Care Resource and Referral Network to train local Specialists & Child Care Providers on best practices in infant/toddler care, including but not limited to Program for Infant/Toddler Caregivers and Creative Curriculum topics. Also required to enhance coordination of training and technical assistance provided by a local CCR&R to support individual child care agency scores on the Infant/Toddler Environment Ratings Scales. Will also work with childcare agency Directors on self assessments and mentoring. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or a related field and at least 3 years of related work experience. Must have knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures within the field. These positions will be based from a home office environment and significant travel is required.
