INFORMATION ASSURANCE/SECURITY SPECIALIST

TYBRIN is currently seeking an Information Assurance/Security Specialist in Warner Robins, GA. The successful candidate will:

  • Lead the generation of all Information Assurance (IA) documentation (i.e. Information Security Plan (ISP)) to support system certification and accreditation in accordance with the DoD Information Assurance Certification Process (DIACAP).

  • Provide security requirement satisfaction guidance to systems engineers and software engineers.

  • Develop and assess security requirement implementation strategies, Information Assurance (IA) product selection and assist in security test procedure development to meet system security requirements.

Experience Required:

  • 3-5+ years experience in developmental or operational test environment

  • System Security Engineering experience supporting the development of IA documents

  • Windows and/or Linux operating system experience

  • Experience with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in the fields of IA and Computer Network Operations (CNA, CNE, and CND) is highly desired

  • Experience as system administrator in the configuration of secure networks is highly desired

  • Candidate shall possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal communications skills

  • Must be able to obtain DoD 8570 IAM Level II or III certification within 6 months of start. CISSP certification or equivalent is highly desired but not required.
