Currently, we are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Leader to support the Everett, Washington facility.
POSITION PURPOSE:
Provide leadership in the daily management and coordination of site Facilities, Infrastructure and Security teams. Develop capital and expense plans to sustain and improve Everett’s common facility assets and protection services. Lead and coordinate inspections, maintenance/repair projects. Develop capabilities of team members in furtherance of career objectives.
KEY CUSTOMERS:
Key customers include business leaders, operations and maintenance at all levels of the plant. Key customer expectations are to provide effective leadership to ensure that: (1) maintenance, inspections and repair projects meet objectives in production, quality, customer service, cost, safety and employee relations; (2) the site is capable of providing adequate security to meet corporate guidelines.
Incumbent reports to the Shared Services Team Leader and receives broad assignment directions. Assignments may vary from individual contribution to team leadership. Direct responsibilities of this position include Yard Crew, janitorial, lands, facility infrastructure upkeep, and security.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
Position typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10-plus years of relevant experience. This position requires a recognized leader and self-starter with demonstrated initiative and a high degree of ownership. Demonstrated leadership in achieving results, skill in working with people and ability to operate with a minimum of technical direction is required.

Facilities/Infrastructure Spending Account:$5-6MM (excluding salaries & wages)
Number of employees directly supervised: 6 hourly Union and 15-20 contractors Also coordinates work of 2 facilities engineers
Projects: Responsible for projects up to $1MM
