Carlton-Bates Company is seeking candidates for an open position: Inside Sales Account Representative.

The Inside Sales Account Representative will be responsible for generating revenue and profit margin with a telephonic inbound/outbound sales role. The successful candidate will manage the activity associated with a list of assigned accounts, including reporting customer sales activity and issues to outside sales, Inside Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager. He or she will also provide ongoing service and support to assigned and overflow accounts.
