POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Inside Sales Representative / Analyst will support sales and purchasing initiatives by focusing on:

-          Superior customer service within existing client base

-          Present value and service

-          Proactive communication

-          Confidently address critical service and technical matters

-          Increasing account penetration and exposure to new markets

-          Creatively research new opportunities for internal cost reductions

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Inside Sales Representative / Analyst will be required to have:

-          An appreciation of the Gilkes business systems, products, technology and customers

-          Exceptional phone, computer, and CRM skills

-          Familiarity with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing

-          High levels of energy, enthusiasm, creativity and ethics

-          The ability to analyze and interpret data

-          The ability to lead teams

-          The ability to travel
