Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, reliable individual who brings a positive attitude to the work place. This enthusiastic and skilled team player must be able to be self-sufficient in prospecting to acquire new channel partners (VARS/Agents) for Zenith’s Cloud Computing, Business Continuity, and Telepresence solutions. We’re looking for solid performers who can get up to speed quickly. This person will cold call (50-60%) and respond to inbound requests from potential clients following a clear cut process that the company has put in place.
Responsibilities:
· Sign Technology Companies to evaluations for the product line
· Build a pipeline of 300-400 companies by making cold calls to leads that may be provided by Zenith along with self-generated leads.
· Qualify whether an inquiry is a potential client or an end user.
· Respond in a timely manner to any and all requests for information.
· Answer incoming phone requests and, once qualified, be prepared explain to potential clients, in detail, the Zenith partner programs.
· Provide contracts and sign potential clients to Zenith reseller agreement.
· Work a flexible for Pacific Time Zone clients when necessary
Qualifications:
· A good phone presence with a minimum 1 year cold-calling (phone) experience is required
· Able to adjust with a fast pace and a great deal of change
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to present via online webinar
· Must be results oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
· Transportation to the office
· Minimum 1 year business-to-business IT sales experience is preferred
· Prior experience of working with Saleforce.com is a plus
· IT product knowledge a plus
