Independent Insurance agency, family owned and operated, is seeking a motivated and licensed North Carolina property & casualty agent for a full time position in our Kinston, NC location. Agent must have a minimum 1 yr experience in writing personal auto insurance in the state of North Carolina. Experience with various insurance carriers is preferred.  Candidates should be professional, accountable, and prefer to work in a fast-paced team environment.  We strive to provide excellent customer service and the lowest insurance premiums available to our clients. Benefits: Salary + Monthly Bonus+Monthly Commissions, 1.5x Overtime Rate, Health/Dental/Vision, 3% matching  403b  program.

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM M-F

           9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Saturdays    *(Candidates will be expected to work 2 saturdays a month)
