Due to recent promotions and growth, out client, a Multi-Billion $ Technology and Industrial Conglomerate with US headquarters in Central New Jersey seeks FINANCIAL AUDIT Professionals at the Senior Staff and Manager levels. Travel requirement is high (70-80%), as the opportunity for advancement. As part of the Corporate Integrated Internal Audit Department, duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Assist Engagement Manager with risk assessment process.
• Planning and preparation for assigned audits; helping to determine individual audit plans and resources needed.
• Execution of domestic and international financial audits in accordance with the Corporate internal operational audit plan, GAAP, and corporate policies and procedures to insure that company financial records are accurately compiled.
• Document audits and maintain detailed workpapers.
• Keep management informed of audit progress, problems or other issues,

and requirements.

• Discuss findings with management and make recommendations for improvement and implementation of agreed recommendations.
• Prepare audit report with findings and recommendations.
• Develop in depth knowledge of operations and risks of business and build relationships inside and outside the department.

Managers

• Hire, manage, train and coach, and evaluate staff.
• High level risk assessment and analysis.
• Implement policies and procedures.
• Manage execution of financial audits in conformance with company policies and procedures.
• In concert with other managers, assign personnel to audits based on need and skills.
• Create and review audit reports

This position offers starting salaries of $75-135K plus bonus and outstanding health and fringe benefits + rapid advancement potential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates should be CPA/MBA’s with a minimum of 4 years of Big 4/ Corporate financial  audit experience with large corporations involved in medical, technology and manufacturing with strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SOX and COSO Audit standards.  CISA, CIA, CFE are +’s. Foreign language fluency (Spanish) highly desirable. Excellent communication and computer skills a must.
