Clinical Informatics Analysts II
Requires an Associate’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Clinical Discipline, related discipline or Diploma from an Accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 3-5 years related discipline; information system implementation and support, preferably in the healthcare industry; and health information applications. Skills and abilities: knowledge of healthcare related applications; Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project; complex technical concepts; maintaining and troubleshooting programs and systems; meeting project deadlines; and training/supervising project resources. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
Lead Clinical Informatics Analyst
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Clinical Discipline or other related discipline; Master’s degree and Project Management Certification preferred. At least 5-7 years of experience in related discipline required. Good team leader! All other experience and skills/abilities identical to Systems Analyst II position above.

RIS/PACS Administrator
This position’s main responsibility is to maintain all aspects of the PACS and the RIS and establish processes for the management of the system, implementation of new releases, maintenance and security of the system, and overseeing the training of users. Associates degree in IS, Healthcare Management, Radiological Technology or related area is required; Bachelor’s degree and NYS RT Licensing preferred. 5 years experience in the clinical area is required, including 3 years with system implementation, maintenance, documentation and training with a radiology or similar system. Demonstrated knowledge of radiology information systems and organizational structure as well as an understanding of HL7 and DICOM interface connections is a must. Knowledge of radiology workflow and equipment interfaces is necessary. Must possess excellent written/oral communication skills, the ability to vary communication according to the expertise of the user, and demonstrated abilities in leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
