Position
Senior Business Analyst
This is a great opportunity for a strong IT Business Analyst who is at ease working with upper management and has a few years experience managing small and diverse projects!

In this position you will:
-Work closely with business leaders to understand and solve problems
- Prepare detailed user specs for SAP and Custom Development applications
-Develop and complete small to medium size projects
-Mentor others in the use of methodology

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

·         Sr. Business Analyst

·         Degree in IS or Computer Science

·          7 - 10 years as a Systems/Business Analyst

·         Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Consumer Products Industry knowledge

·         Strong Analyst with HR, Finance or Operations experience

·         Has acted as the liaison between the business community and technical staff

·         Has prioritized and managed small to medium size projects

·         Has prepared User Specs for SAP and Custom Development applications

·         Uses Waterfall or Agile for software design and systems development or similar SDLC

·         Understands computer systems validation

·         Can do applications testing

·         Communicates easily with executives 

·         St. Louis County resident

·         U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
