IT Business Development/Marketing/Sales Manager

About the Job


We are looking for an experienced manager to assist in developing our consulting and staffing businesses in the North East region.
This is a new position in our Horsham, PA office. 

The ideal candidate will focus on building relationships with customers and positioning our services for: Business Consulting, Business Intelligence (BI)/ Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sharepoint, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) opportunities as well as other technology staffing services offered by our organization.

You will be part of a small team that is focused on establishing and managing key client relationships by combining business management, technical and cost elements for winning engagements. You will be responsible for new business development, account management and positioning for opportunities to sell technical services to assist customers with meeting their unique business and IT needs.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills, and have at least 5 years of proven experience selling into new accounts with a successful track record of business development and account management with a staffing/consulting firm.

 

Education/Experience

 

·         BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Marketing

·         5 - 10 Years of experience in IT field

·         Must have the flexibility to travel to support multiple changing project needs

·         Knowledge in: networks, database, web, programming, testing, implementation, communication, and help desk preferred.

·         Strong interpersonal and team building skills, as well as an understanding of client relationship building are essential

·         Excellent presentation, verbal and writing skills while also being comfortable working with customers

·         At least 3 plus years of staffing sales experience, preferably selling IT/Technology staffing solutions directly to the end clients.

·         Capability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment

·         Strong contacts with Hiring Managers / Project Managers / Sr. IT Executives

·         Proven successful sales record in solutions, outsourcing, staff augmentation, and software development.

·         PMP, Microsoft, or Oracle certifications strongly desired
