EITBMS Senior Business Process Reengineering Opportunity! Support our AXISS customer with process improvement efforts covering a range of customer activities within the Software Central organization.Perform asTTO lead that covers both process improvement activities and Financial support efforts that will assist the customer's preparation for a financial audit.
Essential Job Functions - Manages and directs strategic process improvements and control initiatives for small to medium sized business re-engineering projects to ensure that company goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Advises business groups on business process alternatives and provides strategic direction on initiative selection, integration, resources and prioritization. Ensures initiative alignment with business vision, strategy and deployment within company.
- Manages all aspects of small to medium sized projects from initiative conception through implementation to ensure consistency in implementation and smooth transition between phases.
- Monitors the development and enhancement of measurement and analytical methodologies to ensure that appropriate parties are aware of improvements and/or changes.
- Directs the survey and analysis of technique and process best practices.
- Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
- Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.
- Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
- Should apply as appropriate, activity data modeling, transaction flow analysis, and internal control and risk analysis, modern business methods and applies performance measurement techniques.
- Assist in establishing standards for information systems procedures.
- Develops and applies organization-wide information models for use in designing and building integrated, shared software and database management systems.
- Constructs sound, logical business improvement opportunities consistent with corporate Information Management guiding principles, cost savings, and system architecture objectives.
Qualification
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
- Nine or more years of organizational change consulting experience
- Five or more years of supervisory experience included
- Experience working with business process architecture, related processes and company products and services
- Experience working with Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management
- Experience working with re-engineering tools, methods, and techniques
