Position Type: Contract 
Location: Denver Metro Area

 

Position Description:

 

• Contribute to the on-going smooth coordination, delivery and remediation associated with 2010 audit plan.
• Provide continued progress in critical IT Compliance areas already in progress including document development, document cleanup.
• Ensure timely compliance deliverables are completed throughout the IT organization for evidence of SOX management controls.
• Continue to improve controls around other regulatory areas (HIPAA, PCI, etc).
• Work closely with Security Oversight and Disaster Recovery initiatives.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Sharepoint Governance teams.
• Keep IT Compliance Sr. Principal current on activities/issues.

 

Qualifications:

• BA or BS in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science.
• 5-10 years experience with US GAAP, Audit and system controls.
• CPA and CISA preferred.
• Working knowledge of COBIT, HIPAA, PCI.
• Policy/procedure creation experience preferred.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Familiarity with ITIL is preferred.
• Audit process/documentation experience preferred.
