Location: Denver Metro Area
Position Description:
- Contribute to the on-going smooth coordination, delivery and remediation associated with 2010 audit plan.
- Provide continued progress in critical IT Compliance areas already in progress including document development, document cleanup.
- Ensure timely compliance deliverables are completed throughout the IT organization for evidence of SOX management controls.
- Continue to improve controls around other regulatory areas (HIPAA, PCI, etc).
- Work closely with Security Oversight and Disaster Recovery initiatives.
- Collaborate with Corporate and Sharepoint Governance teams.
- Keep IT Compliance Sr. Principal current on activities/issues.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science.
- 5-10 years experience with US GAAP, Audit and system controls.
- CPA and CISA preferred.
- Working knowledge of COBIT, HIPAA, PCI.
- Policy/procedure creation experience preferred.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Familiarity with ITIL is preferred.
- Audit process/documentation experience preferred.
