JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Computer system deployment (on-land & off-shore)
• This is a temporary project that will last approximately 5 months

JOB POSITION:
IT DEPLOYMENT TECHNICIAN
JOB BASE LOCATION:
Covington, Louisiana
LOGISTICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Provide safe and reliable transportation in order to commute from home to office and/or to travel to/from various sites
• Regular attendance, promptness, reliability, and dependability are of extreme importance in this position
• Days of Operation: Monday thru Friday (except for Company-designated Holidays)
• Times of Normal Operation:
Shift 1= 7:00a-4:00p
Shift 2=9:00a-6:00p
Offshore Hours may Vary from the above shifts.

GENERAL JOB/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have the following as a minimum:
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in the IT field
• College Degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office suites
• Working knowledge of PCs and peripherals
• Ability to physically move items of approximately 50 lbs using safe lifting and carrying practices that minimize the chance for personal injury
• Customer focus and a sense-of-urgency
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Clear speech, proper grammar, personable and courteous demeanor
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, documentation and organizational skills
• Neat, well-groomed and well-dressed presentation
• Positive attitude, dependable, “team player”, and be able to manage multiple projects/issues simultaneously, work independently, maintain good records, work well under pressure, and most importantly to conduct oneself in a safe and cautious manner at all times
