JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Field Engineers are the focal point for addressing any technical issues that arise during the customer’s implementation and ongoing use of Integra’s Document Management Software solutions. They partner with the appropriate Account Manager(s) to implement our software in both new and existing accounts, ensuring that technical issues surrounding server configuration, network connectivity and fax server interoperability are addressed.
