The Academy along with its business partners is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician. The Help Desk technician will be providing technical support to individual users and institutional trainers, enrolling new users, updating each institution's information, and troubleshooting user-related problems. Ensure proper relationships are established and maintained with customers and others throughout the school and amongst program participants to accomplish assigned duties. Incumbent will work closely with faculty and staff at all levels to ensure outstanding projects are up-to-date and complete. The Helpdesk Support Technician maintains complete and proper records. This position requires considerable user contact, and must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
Requirements
Must be discreet, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to be a member of a service-oriented office team.

Some college and 2 years of customer and project support, technical expertise and/or customer service experience highly desired. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and FrontPage. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or other language is a plus.
