Our client, a Fortune 500 Company in Colorado Springs, needs *several* Help Desk Associates who are ready to MOVE UP in a major IT environment. This is a great opportunity for smart, passionate hard workers who hope to move into software development, networking, business analysis or other IT areas within the next year.
After your initial 3-4 week training program, you’ll work with employees throughout the company who encounter technical difficulties. Help Desk Associates troubleshoot and resolve these problems, often coordinating efforts of experienced professionals within the IT organization. You’ll get exposure to the business domain, technical applications and infrastructure, and professionals in the organization – all of which could lead to your being offered a permanent position in 6-12 months.
