Help Desk/Graphic Designer (Position in Clearwater, Florida)
Provide excellent customer service to end-users, must be very well organized and be able to work in a team environment, working together to resolve issues in the most effective and timely manner.
Salary ($13.00-$15.00 per hour) Schedule M-F and flexibility to work weekends as needed
Responsible for ensuring continual network stability, security and reliability by maintaining the local and wide area network hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment. Respond to and resolve end user requests for assistance concerning their phone systems, desktop problems, access to the network, and the operation of various software applications. Graphic Designer duties include working on projects using Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash MX, Dreamworks MX, and Animation. Perform various e-mail, database and general network administration duties. Assist with network configurations, software support, server upgrades, data migrations, and departmental moves.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Windows XP Professional setup and maintenance experience
Microsoft Windows 2000/20003 Active Directory experience with multiple sites
Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 server experience
VERITAS Backup Exec experience
Norton Enterprise antivirus solutions
Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash MX, Dreamworks MX, Animation experience
Additional Qualifications include:
Experience in system administration, including system maintenance, workstation support, Internet connectivity, security services, performance monitoring, and back-up procedures
