What you will do

Coordinates, designs, builds, and integrates infrastructure technology solutions aligned to architectural standards and definitions, and may or may not have responsibility to ensure IT services are delivered effectively and efficiently. 

Location: Gaithersburg, MD office

• Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline integrating theory and principles with organizational practices.

• Apply specialized Microsoft systems management experience and knowledge to manage a multi-enclave classified enterprise Microsoft Windows infrastructure utilizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2016, Active Directory, Group Policy and WSUS

• Perform ad hoc administration and daily monitoring tasks within Microsoft's System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

• Participate in engineering and change control meetings

• Work on projects related to different software and hardware

What we look for

• University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six (6) or more years experience in the information technology field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations supporting Windows and Linux.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing Microsoft Active Directory domain and group policy.
• Design and implementation experience of Microsoft and third party applications/packages into the enterprise SCCM environment.
• Experience with desktop deployment automation architecture, design/migration and troubleshooting.
• 3-5 years’ experience troubleshooting server hardware issues, ideally HP servers.
• 3+ years of experience designing WAN and LAN architecture.
• Experience with network administration performance tuning and monitoring.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP concepts, tunneling, switching and routing protocols.
• Experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• 1-2 years’ experience with Redhat Linux
• Experience with DoD security specific requirements.

• Experience with Azure AD, AWS cloud and Office 365 a plus.
