POSITION DETAILS


We are searching for the right candidate to join our team as an IT Operations Infrastructure for our Corporate Office located in Scottsdale, AZ.


 


 Primary objectives of this position are:


 


This position will maintain and support the Taylor Morrison Infrastructure to provide maximum reliability and performance while minimizing cost and will support the all North America Divisions.


 


Primary responsibilities:


 


1.       Ensure healthy and reliable disaster recovery.  Double-take, Microsoft System Center Data Protection manager and Disk Snapshots.


2.       Maintain Active Directory including DFS, DNS, DHCP, WINS and Group policy.


3.       Maintain server infrastructure:  HP Blades and Citrix XEN.


4.       Maintain network infrastructure: Cisco, MPLS, ENLan


5.       Maintain storage infrastructure:  HP EVA, NetApp, JetStor, HP MSA, HP Storage Servers, ISCSI


6.       Maintain application infrastructure:  Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, Citrix XenApp, Progress, Newstar, Newstar Sales, SharePoint, Onbase, Hyperion, FDM, CRM, Blackberry Enterprise Server


7.       Respond to alerts from Servers and Network Devices


8.       Resolve issues remotely as much as possible


9.       Travel to Phoenix Sales offices as needed for support


10.   Travel to all North America Divisions as needed


11.   One week a month on call after hours


12.   Be available 24/7 as needed


 


Qualifications:


Formal Education and Training


MCSE, CCNA Certifications, BS Degree and/or 4+ years hands on experience in network, hardware, software administration and telecommunications with remote support experience.

LAN/WAN configurations and operations


Knowledge of Cisco network equipment to include Routers, Firewall and Switches


Clear understanding of protocols and the ability to configure and troubleshoot them


(TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, EIGRP, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, VPN, BGP, Network Monitor etc.)


Data Recovery for Exchange, Windows 2003/2008

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


Must have a valid driver’s license and credit card.  Must be able to travel by air or car being away from home sometimes as long as a week and manage all expenses prior to being reimbursed by the company.
