Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for high-priority, high-profile internal projects and programs.
- Work with various groups to motive and ensure timelines are met and problems are resolved should they arise
- Lead multi-functional core teams through process and deliverables
- Develop and manage the overall program plan
- Contributes to the development of end-product specifications and requirements
- Organizes, plans and ensures the execution of all program components and deliverables through core and extended team members
- Work with Project Managers, Business Analysts and other internal resources towards project completion
- Offer expertise in streamlining internal processes in multiple technological areas
- Business Process Management
- Engage in the Agile methodology and framework
Requirements:
- Exceptional Leadership skills – ability to motive groups of people and execute specific tasks
- Strong Technical background and SDLC experience
- Vendor management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 5-10 years in Technical Program Management
- Familiarity in working within the Agile framework
- “Out of the box” thinker, creative in problem solving and execution
- Strong team leader and high-energy personality is crucial
- Comfortable working in an often chaotic and highly engaging atmosphere
- PMP is not a requirement but would be desirable
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written (example of work will be required)
