Operations Research Analyst
Effectively and efficiently identify enablers, such as information technology, knowledge management, strategic planning, governance and enterprise architecture that may enhance the National Guard’s ability to allocate scarce IT resources. Utilize NGB J6/CIO strategic planning efforts and functional awareness to significantly enhance NGB J6/CIO’s capacity to execute IT programs that increase the NGB’s potential to respond to CONUS situations efficiently, effectively and in a timely coordinated manner. Conduct an analysis of current critical and emerging missions deployable communications capabilities, determine future requirements, and recommend solution to provide standardized communications support. Analyze current deployable communications capabilities that support the C2 teams, beneficial to the NGB Army and the Air Force constituents as well as all other critical and emerging missions such as emergency response, Chemical, Biological, Radiological/Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) - Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP), CBRNE Consequence Management Response Force (CCMRF), Civil Support, Counter-drug Operations, Homeland Security (HLS) and Homeland Defense (HLD). Conduct assessments of exercises and employment of deployable communications capabilities to validate deployable communications solutions. Consolidate, analyze and validate future architecture requirements to determine the most efficient and effective existing deployable communications system that meets the requirements of the C2 function for critical and emerging missions such as emergency response, Chemical, Biological, Radiological/Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) - Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP), CBRNE Consequence Management Response Force (CCMRF), Civil Support, Counter-drug Operations, Homeland Security (HLS) and Homeland Defense (HLD). Provide analysis, review, and recommend the most effective deployable communications system to be employed as the standard for all existing and future critical and emerging missions.
Operations Plans IT Analyst
Resourcefully, professionally and economically provide the commensurate managerial, training and administrative support of the JCCSE program. Provide coordination and administrative support in policy development, contingency plan development, strategic plan development, doctrine and training development, implementation plan development, organizational and management plan development, integration plan development, requirements determination & definition, comparative analysis, documentation development, scenario development, and program development to USNORTHCOM.
Operations / Plans Specialist
Provide support to effectively and efficiently transition designated JCCSE capabilities into official Service Programs of Records (PORs) and provide long-term sustainability to incident site information sharing capabilities across the full life-cycle of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) of the JCCSE initiative. Provide analysis of NGB Homeland Defense/ Civil Support (HD/CS) communications capabilities provided by the currently fielded Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) and of official Army (JNN/WIN-T) and Air Force (TDC) capabilities.
Information Sharing IT Analyst
Provide Strategic Operations Information Sharing (SOIS) Plan of Action Implementation and Management Support in SOIS Prototyping and Interoperability Services Capability. Prepare documentation to conduct studies and an implementation plan to support capability prototyping and interoperability. Develop strategies to ensure that situation reporting, geospatial information sharing, alerts, and notifications, request for information and assistance (RFI/RFA), and other National Guard mission essential capabilities are integrated within the HD/HS environment to enable interoperability and operations coordination with mission partners. Conduct requirements analysis, evaluation, testing, training and Certification and Accreditation (C&A) supporting the conceptualization, planning, customization, implementation, and maintenance of cost-effective and state-of-the-art IT solutions that support JCCSE missions and initiatives.
