IT Program Manager
Program Manager/Business Intelligence
- 10+ years experience in estimating, staffing, managing, controlling, administering, budgeting and executing project efforts
- A substantial track record of successfully measuring and monitoring progress to ensure that the programs projects meet or exceed performance target
- Considerable experience in project management skills, methods and techniques (planning, scheduling, project control procedures, etc.)
- Substantial experience in monitoring and controlling program scope and requirements (this includes scope and requirements of all the projects managed under the program)
- Substantial experience in issue and risk management
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Considerable expertise in interacting with business unit management
- Significant experience with SDLCs and structured approaches to project management
- Significant experience with managing project interdependencies
At least one of the following are required (more than one is a plus):
- 5 years experience in Financial Services
- Strong Business Intelligence technology background
- Brokerage knowledge desired
- Experience in Data Warehousing
