The Internal Audit Consulting Group has a great opportunity for an experienced leader to fill our Technology Consultant of Business Risk Processes and System role. The preferred candidate will have a background that focuses software configuration, process analysis, and use of your understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
Assignment Capsule
As a Technology Consultant in Internal Audit, you will bring your talents and experience to:
- Configure the Governance, Risk and Control System to meet strategic direction
- Perform design and maintenance tasks including customization, documentation, debugging and performance tuning on complex projects with system-wide ramifications
- Act as subject matter expert and thought-leader on the GRC system, assisting with the adoption of new technology and creating and refining best-practices
- Assist with creating process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to business owners
- Recommend and lead process improvement re-engineering efforts
- Act as a Project Manager, as needed
- Act as a resource for internal business clients, especially with data analysis and providing guidance through a process initiative

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 to 7 years of software configuration experience
- Experience with goverance, compliance, and risk systems
- Six Sigma, Re-engineering, or other process certification
- Project management and process improvement skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to lead teams and facilitate meetings
Role Desirables
- Advanced degree
- Prior system implementation and/or project management experience for process improvement initiatives
- Prior leadership experience
- PMP certification
