Required Experience:

* 3-5 years project management experience.
* Healthcare payer knowledge preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer skills

* Experience in the healthcare and/or insurance industry required.

The primary responsibilities for the PM:

* Engage in IT project planning activities using outline of strategic roadmap.
* Execute on high level plan to deliver project definition documents within aggressive timeline.
* Develop standard project deliverables as required including but not limited to charters, business cases, project budgets, resource plans, work breakdown structures, project schedules, communication plans, meeting minutes and status reports.
* Identify areas of risk, develop risk mitigation strategies and implement mitigation actions for the risks identified.
* Provide project prioritization, planning, estimating, resource management, scope containment, issues management, and other related processes.
* Determine the level of expertise needed to complete projects.
* Determine the appropriate use of resources to deliver projects.
* Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders and key IT leads to support high level planning process.
* Proactively engage project teams and as necessary, other members of the organization, with specific subject knowledge to resolve issues or provide assistance.
* Understand and explain complex issues and present information in a concise manner.
* Report progress weekly to stakeholders.
