About the Job
Accretive Solutions is assisting our Oklahoma City area clients by providing interim resources for their project needs. We are sourcing for IT Project Managers who can direct all aspects of projects in the information technology sector including project scope, cost/benefit analysis, budgets and schedule. We are seeking capable leaders with strong business acumen and proven experiences delivering IT solutions to solve day to day business problems.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will change with each project, but responsibilities could include:
- Identifying the project scope change management process and identifying risks to the completion of the project.
- Creating the Project Plan timeline and identifying key milestones.
- Directing project team meetings and gathering project status information as well as relaying information to team members. Acting as the liaison between the client and the project team.
- Directing written communications to team members, customers, IT management throughout the life of the project using project information reports, meeting notes, issue logs, gantt charts, risk registers, etc.
- Controlling and directing the project budget.
- Directing the timely execution of major project milestones.
- Facilitating and following through on all procurement requests for the acquisition of required hardware, software and services.
- Ensuring that documentation packages are complete, meets the client requirements and is delivered to the proper personnel.
Requirements include:
- Candidates should live in the Oklahoma City area as no relocation or travel expense reimbursement will be paid.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or the equivalent.
- Previous experience in managing a wide wariety of IT projects, including experience in directing technical staff, team members and working with client personnel.
- Expertise in project management tools, documentation and presentation tools.
- Knowledge of business processes and systems.
- Excellent skills in critcal thinking and anlysis, verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
