IT Project Support Analyst



Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support and coordination for a SAP rollout project.

Effectively communicate ideas and analysis verbally, visually, and in writing with project, program and senior management.

Manage the preparation of the program summary schedules, status reports & related metrics, meeting minutes, statement of work, and project documents for management and key stakeholder groups.

Actively monitor and follow up on project deliverables as well as managing action items, issue log and risk log.



Requirements:
Understanding and experienced going through Software Development Life Cycle.

Somebody good with processes, excellent writing skills and working well with people in different organizations.

A good team player is especially required.

Personality and working in a team environment is a MUST.

Experiences in managing Lotus Notes calendars and proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Working experience in large enterprises especially in IT projects is a major PLUS.

Experiences in SAP Project and Portfolio Management a PLUS.
