Technisource is hiring IT Recruiters for the Perm Team. We are part of Randstad, the 2nd largest staffing firm globally and adding people to our Edison and NYC offices. We seek an entrepreneurial spirited individual who would like to work for themselves building their own “business" and reputation and who wants to be solely in control of their own income and earning potential but able to work well within a team.
You will have the support and tools of a global staffing firm and your success will be based entirely on your motivation and efforts applying the skills you need for success. Your success is tied directly to the amount of time you spend talking to client companies and potential candidates on the phone.
You will be responsible for developing a client and candidate base via the telephone. Our Recruiters work with clients and candidates at a mid and senior level through the entire placement process. Using the telephone, email and in-person meetings, you will be accountable for recruiting and establishing long term relationships with both clients and candidates. The key function of a Recruiter is developing new client company relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
The Recruiter we seek will be an assertive, high-energy individual with excellent communication skills - written and oral, the ability to learn quickly and an extroverted, people oriented, relationship driven personality. The candidate must be detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills, the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and have a customer service mentality. The candidate we seek has a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, solid computer skills, and a goal-oriented, take-charge attitude. We are really looking for a "salesperson’s personality."
