IT Technical Recruiter

About the Job

Seeking Technical Recruiters with 2+​ years IT Staffing specific experience for full life cycle recruiting - sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and salary negotiation.​ Solid understanding of Technical Recruiting and IT industry is a plus.​  This position is located at our Irving, TX.​

Our major clients have radically downsized their preferred vendor lists.​ Because of our proven track record, we’ve been re-awarded the Preferred Vendor contract.​ These contracts come with significantly increased demand for IT services to meet client explosive needs.​

We are short staffed to handle the number of requirements coming in every week from our clients

Qualified candidates will be motivated, self starters, goal-oriented and results-focused with a proven track record of success.​  Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential.​  Experience utilizing applicant/​candidate tracking software is also preferred. Prior experience with software systems like fieldglass and beeline is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Relationship building with sales force and candidates
• Source, network, recruit and qualify top IT talent
• candidate interviews
• Reference checking  & salary negotiation
• Cold and warm calls to potential candidates
• Identify talent pool locations and penetrate
• Attend user, technical groups and/​or professional societies  
• Maintain candidate records and documentation

Job Requirements:

• College  degree required
• Minimum of 2 years IT Professional Services recruiting experience.​
• High energy, dependable, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
• Professional telephone presence; comfortable cold calling and generating leads
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
