About the Opportunity
OpenSky is looking to add an experienced recruiter to help support our growing IT Professional Services practice. We are looking for a top-notch recruiter who can deliver in a fast paced environment and who has experience driving the full recruitment life-cycle. This role will support a variety of IT infrastructure and IT security related initiatives through the country. Prior experience working within the Consulting or IT industries would be helpful but not required. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced, growing environment and is ready to make the jump from agency recruiting to corporate recruiting.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Engagement and Service Delivery Managers to understand talent acquisition needs and staff initiatives in a timely manner.
• Responsible for identifying quality candidates via social media outlets, internal recruitment database, traditional online job boards and employee referrals.
• Perform all facets of full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, screening and closing high caliber candidates for various technology related engagements.
• Utilize ATS to document and track candidates as they move through our internal vetting process.
• Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to find passive candidates though a variety of methods including: complex internet searches, social and professional networking groups, blogs, diversity resources, competitor research and the development of existing candidate relationships.
About You
• Senior level candidates are preferred but mid-level candidates with a minimum of 3+years of Technical recruiting experience will be considered.
• Successful track record of recruiting for information technology and or information security positions with a solid understanding of IT terminology is required.
• Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to perform with a high level of autonomy.
• Ability to effectively recruit on multiple positions simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation & closing skills.
• Strong Boolean search skills.
• Professional and persuasive communication skills are required.
• Agency recruiting experience would be a plus
